In the collection and treatment of your Personal Data, we comply with the principles provided in the Law and its regulations: legality, quality, consent, information, purposes, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility.

With whom we share your information?

The Personal Data that You are sharing may be, whether national or internationally, transferred by the Responsible Party, to subsidiaries or affiliates of the Responsible Party focused on the money transfer sector to identify you as a person with which, or by which, the Responsible Party has commercial relations, as well as for promotion purposes, reward programs, know your personal marketing preferences (“Marketing”) and to assess the quality of the services of the Responsible Party. Likewise, it is informed that the Responsible Party may perform national or international transfers of your Personal Data, as long as they may be necessary for the existence, maintenance and compliance of the legal relation between the Responsible Party and You, for any other purpose as provided in this Privacy Notice or for any other assumption as provided by Law. In case of performing transfers to third parties, whether national or international, and which are not necessary for the existence, maintenance, compliance of the legal relation between the Responsible Party and You, it will be previously informed so your consent be granted to perform them, informing you about the Personal Data that will be transferred, the purpose of its transfer, and the type, category or activity sector to which such third party, to whom such Personal Data will be transferred, belongs to.

How can you limit the use or disclosure of your personal data?

If you do not agree that your Personal Data be used to different purposes to those that are necessary for the legal relation between the Responsible Party and You, or may want to limit its use or disclosure, we would appreciate if you may let us know the latter in written to the Personal Data Department, located at Av. Paseo de la Reforma No. 505, piso 17, Col. Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06500, México D.F., or to the following email privacymx@westernunion.com. In the event that this Privacy Notice was not delivered to You in a personal or direct manner, You will have 5 (five) days since it is known to You to, if such is the case, deny its treatment through the above mentioned address for the use of such Personal Data with regards to the purposes that are not necessary or gave origin to the legal relation with the Responsible Party.

How can you exercise your ARCO rights and revoke the consent granted?

You, as owner of the Personal Data, may at any moment exercise your access, rectification, cancelling and/or opposition rights (the “ARCO” rights) or well, revoke the consent that you might have granted to the Responsible Party for the treatment of your Personal Data in terms of this Privacy Notice, through a written request (the “Request”) to the following address: Personal Data Department, Av. Paseo de la Reforma No. 505, piso 17, Col. Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06500, México D.F. or to the email: privacymx@westernunion.com. The Request shall provide at least, the name of the owner of such Personal Data and its complete domicile, with the purpose of informing the answer to such request, attach those documents which may evidence the identity of the owner of the Personal Data or, in its case, the legal representation of the owner of the Personal Data, the clear and precise description of the Personal Data of which the access, rectification, cancelling or opposition is being requested, or of which the revocation of your consent for its treatment is requested and, in its case, the elements or documents in which such Personal Data might be kept. In case of the rectification of Personal Data requests, these shall include the modifications to be performed and provide evidence which may support such petition. The Responsible Party reserves its right to modify this Privacy Notice; in case of any change in such document, it will be notified through the issuance of a notice in the following Internet site: http://www.westernunion.com.mx; or, by sending the new privacy notice or the correspondent changes to the email You may have provided us.
